Aero
Aero is a creative exploration of Formula 1 symbolism and aerodynamic form, serving as a vehicle to refine my design direction.
The project was built using Houdini and Redshift for all core 3D work and rendering. TouchDesigner was incorporated not as a real-time tool, but as an unconventional compositor—its recursive workflows produced uniquely compelling results when combined with traditional renders.
Techniques such as slit-scanning, edge feedback, and displacement-based feedback enabled the emergence of intricate, sub-pixel detail—something typically difficult and costly to achieve in standard 3D pipelines.
For 2D assets, I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with final compositing completed in After Effects.
